Daniel Lot’s Publishers
Michael Okoth Otieno is a literature evangelist and colporteur working in Kiambu County, Kenya, just north of Nairobi. Through his ministry, Daniel Lot’s Publishers, he distributes Christian books to local communities, many of which lack access to sound, Bible-based literature.
Michael and his team manages every aspect of this work—translation into three local languages, cover design, coordination with printers, and distribution. His goal is to make solid, affordable Christian material available in the languages people understand best. He also distributes some books free of charge. However, his work is limited by a lack of equipment and reliable transportation.
Nation Under Sail is committed to supporting those who are actively working to advance the Gospel. This includes not only meeting physical needs but also providing tools for spiritual growth. Michael’s work brings gospel-centered literature directly into homes, churches, and schools—many of which would otherwise go without.
We believe that supporting ministers like Michael is both a duty and a privilege. His efforts contribute to long-term spiritual development and outreach in a region where printed truth is still one of the most effective methods of evangelism.
